Dr. Cesar Velilla

Dr. Cesar Velilla is the medical director and founder of Evolution MD, a center for plastic surgery. He received his Medical Doctor degree at the Pontificia Universidad Bolivariana de Colombia. Dr. Velilla worked in internal medicine and intensive care at Jackson Memorial / University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida Hospital. Some other awards include “American Medical top 2009” “Award 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 patient choice, ” most compassionate Doctor Award 2013, Colombia Award 2013, among others. Evolution MD has about 50 employees and 4 offices in Miramar and 1 Miami office, has many anesthesiologists, nurses, surgical assistants, and massage therapist, administrative staff, works alongside with several doctors such as, Dr. Jose Zayas, Dr. Edward Domanskis and Dr. Wendell Perry. The clinic of Evolution MD reached the highest certification as outpatient surgery in 2015 by the AAACH prize awarded by very few centers in the United States, besides that Evolution MD, is a learning center for medical assistant, nursing and medical students. Doctor Velilla is also on the Board of Directors of the South Eastern College. Dr. Cesar Velilla opened Dream Spa by Evolution in 2012 in Miami, FL. Dr. Velilla’s Miami office is intended to be a Medical Spa where he trusts that his Dream Spa team will help you reach your beauty goals with one of our many cosmetic treatments, or whether its simply to pamper yourself for a day. Dr. Velilla has over 15 years of experience in all areas of aesthetics. He is certified in Botox, Restylane, Perlane, Cosmelan, laser hair removal, laser treatments, among many others.

Dr. Velilla has performed over 5000 Botox and derma fillers areas, is certified in Slim-lipo and developed a new technique of V-SLIMSCULPTURE over 40,000 areas in the past 5 years.
